Celebrate Bastille Day in the neighborhood of French Creole aristocracy! The 2024, 17th Annual Faubourg St. John Merchant’s Bastille Day Block Party will be on Saturday, July 13th , 2024, between 5 PM and 9 PM. Neighborhood merchants will have food and beverages for sale and there will be an arts market. Get you costumes out for the costume contest! Prizes for the best Marie Antoinette or Napoleon costume. The Costume contest will take place early, around 5:30 PM.

Bring your dancing shoes, chairs, your friends and relatives!
There will be live music between 5 PM and 9 PM.

Pardon My French will provide lively French tunes and
Cynthia Scott will sing her stirring rendition of “La Marseillaise” at 5:30.

Participants include: Cafe Degas, Faubourg St. John Neighborhood Association, French American Chamber of Commerce Gulf Coast Chapter, Le Ponce, Pal’s Lounge, Swirl Wines and Special Food Truck guests.
