About Trimbach

The Trimbach family is one of France’s greatest winemaking dynasties, having made wine in Alsace for over three centuries. Jean Trimbach is proud to represent the 12th generation of the Trimbach family– including several Jeans who came before him. Located in the heart of Alsace, Maison Trimbach has been a benchmark for high-quality wine since 1626. Trimbach first acquired true international acclaim when the winery received the highest distinction at the 1898 International Wine Fair in Brussels. Ever since, the winery has received countless awards and accolades from top wine professionals and publications across the globe, including prestigious awards for their famed Riesling Cuvee Frédéric Emile.
